Or email us at: orders@mohawkcanoes.com

Your canoe will be processed and custom-built after receiving your order and processing of payment (personal checks will be held until cleared). We will be happy to help you in your selection of a Mohawk canoe and answer any questions you may have.

CUSTOM COLORS Any order which requests custom colors will have a lead time of at least 10 weeks.

SHIPPING... Canoes are shipped to motor freight terminals located throughout the country by Roadway, ABF or FedEx Freight. Upon payment of the canoe and the packaging costs, we will locate the nearest terminal in your area.  Once the terminal is located, we get an "estimate" to ship your canoe.  You will pay for your shipping when you go to pick-up your canoe at the terminal.   Go to the Estimated Freight Rate page for an estimate of freight to your area.

We will be happy to talk with you about finding the terminal closest to you and an approximate freight cost. At that time we can give you their address and phone number of the terminal along with the tracking number for your canoe.

Once the canoe arrives at the destination terminal they will call you and inform you that your canoe is ready to collect.

DAMAGES... Inspect your canoe before you sign for it. If there is a problem regarding any damage, call us immediately. Once you accept the canoe, the freight company considers it "received in good condition" and claims are much more difficult.

We have spent a lot of time in developing and improving our packaging so damages are very rare.
