Ordering a Mohawk canoes is as simple as picking up the phone, calling our toll free number and speaking with one of us here at our headquarters in Chattanooga. We will help you choose the right model for your needs and let you know how long it will take before your boat will be ready for shipping, (currently 3-5 working days). We will then take some details, payment info and then determine the shipping destination. Then we will send you a reciept with all the relevant information to your email address. Once the boat is ready for shipping we will send another email with the tracking information for your boat.

SHIPPING: Canoes are shipped to motor freight terminals located throughout the country by UPS, SEFL, ESTES, Vitran and others. We will calculate the freight company which offers the best rates while having a terminal closest to your location. Freight charges are paid along with the canoe itself. A residential delivery would incur an extra charge from the freight company, ranging from approx $50-100, depending on the carrier. We can ship to businesses which can accept truckload deliveries for no extra charge. Bear in mind deliveries are made on full sized trucks, not from UPS-sized delivery vans/

When the canoe has been shipped we will email you the tracking number you will need to trace your order's journey. Once the canoe arrives at the destination terminal they will call you and inform you that your canoe is ready to come and collect.

DAMAGES: Inspect your canoe before you sign for it. If there is a problem regarding any damage, call us immediately. Once you accept the canoe, the freight company considers it "received in good condition" and claims are much more difficult.

We have spent a lot of time in developing and improving our packaging so damages are very rare.

CUSTOM COLORS: Any order which requests custom colors that we do not have stock of will have a lead time of at least 10 weeks.
